Hammonton has recieve a grant throught the NJ Board of Public Utilities in 2025.
The Green Committee will be helping to administer this grant and will assist with setting up steakholder meetings so that residents, business owners and other members of the community can discuss ideas about what might help to save money, use energy more efficiently and to prepare for the future. The purpose of this grant is to develop a community energy plan that includes several projects that make sense for our town. With this plan, additional grant money may be availalbe to implement these projects.
